1. Membership is open to People of all age groups.
2. Anyone can register under STFAA. India – Rs.1500 per year.
3. The membership is valid for a year.
4. Not only performing artists, but even common people can apply and become a member.
5. The Artist Members will be given a platform to exhibit his/her talent in the Indian art form of his/her choice.
6. The Non Performing Members(common people) can attend every event conducted by STFAA free of cost.
7. The decision with respect to scheduling of the performance of the member will be to the sole discretion of the STFAA management.
8. The decision of the STFAA management will be final and binding.
9. The artist who is allotted a performance schedule will/shall arrange for the accompanying artists.
10. The light, mic, stage and seating arrangements will be organized by the STFAA free of cost.
11. The STFAA shall/may provide standard invitation cards for the artists for distribution of invites to friends, relatives and invitees.
12. The STFAA shall also post the event on social media and online platforms to create awareness of the event.
13. The artists can also print their own invitation cards and invite their friends and relatives for the program.
14. The STFAA shall /may publish the details of the programs in newspapers.
15. Certificates will be presented to the artists after the performance.
16. Other gratification as deemed fit by the STFAA management shall be presented to the artists after the performance.
17. The STFAA may/shall record the performance of the artist (audio/video).
18. The artist can get a personal copy for non-commercial use of the same for a nominal fee of Rs 1000/-.
19. The STFAA may publish/telecast the recorded performance on various media but not limited to newspapers, journals, CDs, DVDs, Digital Media, Social Media, any other New Media.
20. If at any time, any information provided by any member is found to be incorrect in any manner, then the member will not be permitted to continue as a member of the STFAA.
21. The Management will not be liable to return material and the membership fees to the disqualified member.
22. All memberships are subject to verification, through checks as deemed appropriate by the STFAA Management.
23. The STFAA will provide a DVD or softcopy of the performance for a price of Rs.1000/-
Awards & Events :
There is a process being evolved to evaluate Top performers and talents from the STFAA during the Year who will be recognized and awarded during the Annual Day Function held every year.
